The Coach have been living in Galway, in Ireland for the last 8 years. I am a member of the Galway City Harriers running club in Ireland. In the club, I coach endurance / long distance runners and especially Marathon and Ultra-Marathon training.

I have been coaching more than 100 athletes in achieving their running goals during the last 6 years. Many of them were able to run sub 3 hours marathon. I supported many athletes to break the 4 hours barrier.

The Galway City Harriers, senior female team won the national marathon championship in 2016 and 2017, finishing second in 2018.

I base all training plan on the athletes. You can find easily on the internet a training plan, but it will hardly take into consideration all your strengths and weaknesses. Do not hesitate to contact me, if your need a tailored training plan to achieve your goals.

I love racing myself and prefer the longer distances. I have completed more than 30 marathons ( IAAF profile ). As well, I completed many ultra-marathons up to 100 miles ( D.U.V. profile ).
