The spring brought us new fresh fruits and vegetables. I love this period with fresh strawberries and cherries. We get more vitamins from food and lots of D vitamins from the sun.
The temperature are still cold, and as we say in France:
“En Avril ne te decouvre pas d’un fil; En Mai fais ce qu’il te plaît!”
Something similar to “April showers bring May flowers”.
The body need good nutrients to work / perform well. By eating vegetables and fruits from the season ensure we get best quality calories.
