Never ran before? Not a problem.
Within 12 weeks you will be able to run your first 5km.
Then in week 14, you will run your second 5km.
To finish you will run your 5km number 3 during week 16.
This 16 weeks raining plan will bring you slowly from a walk, to a 5km run. The plan introduce every week some more run time. Consistently bringing your fitness to be able to run 5km.
