OPTION 3 – GOLD – WEEKLY PLAN : 12 x 1 WEEK PLAN
This training plan is the most advanced and tailored made to your fitness level, which you will receive within 5 working days.
You will receive a customized training plan at the end of each week (12 weeks). This will be based on your feedback after individual sessions. The plan will evolve based on your progress.
OPTION 2 – SILVER – MONTHLY PLAN : 3 x 4 WEEK PLAN
Within 5 working days, you will receive a dedicated marathon training plan based on your current fitness level.
At the end of the first 4 weeks, your training plan will be adjusted, for the next 4 weeks following your progress and feedback.
Again based on your progress and feedback, you will receive the final 4 week plan prior to the marathon.
OPTION 1 – BRONZE – 12 WEEK PLAN
Within 5 working days, you will receive a dedicated marathon training plan based on your current fitness level.
The training plan will guide you during the 12 weeks before the marathon.
