This training plan is the most advanced and tailored made to your fitness level, which you will receive within 5 working days.
You will receive a customized training plan at the end of each month (tailored 4 weeks training plan). This will be based on your feedback after individual sessions. The plan will evolve based on your progress.
MONTHLY PLAN : 4 WEEK PLAN
Within 5 working days, you will receive a dedicated training plan based on your current fitness level.
We will define a target race and I will prepare a 4 week training plan.
This individual monthly plan is for athletes willing to bring their fitness to the next level.
