The new resolutions are gone. The days are still very short and the blue Monday was a low in your mood. The winter is still there and you need to ensure you get good vitamins and calories to fight flues and other virus.

Continue to avoid gaining too much weight.

The body need good nutrients to work / perform well. By eating vegetables and fruits from the season ensure we get best quality calories.
